“Good place to enjoy the holiday ”

“Great hotel. Close to the airport and all the staff are very friendly. The front desk staff were really helpful and kindly us check in early. They even helped us join two separate bookings easily. There is a playground that you can access through the 4th floor. And a very large playground about 5 mins away from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and housekeeping did a great job refreshing the room for us. Our only complaint was that our room faced the convention center and……

“Got coin laundry just on the first floor, very convenient. Also, each room is equip with a tank of water for refill, no need to purchase whater, simply brong in empty water bottle. Sounding have many places to eat, including authentic penang food.”

“We stayed for 4 days enjoying the kind and thoughtful hospitality provided by Brendan Hamid and Hamada. The recently restored bungalow was fully equipped, very comfortable and had lovely touches like a library of recent books on Penang history its buildings and gardens, flora and fauna. We stayed in a large room on the ground floor which was spotless. The views from the balcony of Georgetown and Butterworth were wonderful. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Penang Hill……

“Bed was comfy! Location is very convenient as there are bus stops, restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance. 1 thing tho we finished our glass bottle of water in the room but it was not refilled the next day. Probably need to request for it to be refilled. ”
