“I would say the room was pretty basic but then I find most ibis are. The bed was very hard and I didn't have a great sleep, I suffered with arthritic pain due to the hard bed. That being said the staff were very helpful and the hotel is in a great location for the airport.”

“We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Down Inn. The staff were friendly, our room was comfortable and clean, and parking was easy. There was a good choice of food on the breakfast menu and the cooked dishes were well cooked. If anything there was a bit too much food, but that's a personal preference. We appreciated the fact that there were a selection of cold options (such as cereals and yoghurts), continental (croissants) and a number of different cooked options. We ate in the restaurant one……

“I’ve stayed here a number of times and always been happy. This time I was out in one of the rooms at the front and was kept awake by the noise from the clubs kicking out until gone 5am. Not the staff’s fault but would have liked some sleep. Could have slept better in my car. ”

“The room was clean but the bed was hard and you needed binoculars to see the TV. We stayed in Kent hall and it seemed like an old office block that has been turned into bedrooms. Breakfast wasn't that great sausages and bacon were overcooked and dry. The parking was not that great either.”
