“Julie was such an amazing host and keeps the nicest, cutest bed and breakfast we've stayed at. She really shines in all the little touches around the property like the snack and coffee bar, the locally sourced toiletries, she even left a little sprig of lavender folded into the towels. You would be correct in assuming all that attention to detail comes through in the breakfasts as well, she made us a burrata and pesto omelette that was to die for. From the moment we arrived and Julie met us at……

“Room and bathroom very clean. Staff very helpful and pleasant.”

“Upon arrival we found a clean, peaceful property with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room and bedroom. The entrance foyer and sitting/dining area was warm and inviting. Outside we discovered a comfortable campfire area with a walking space including a small pond. Each evening we were serenaded by frogs and insects into a soothing sleep. We were awakened gently by cool air and sunshine. Penn Yan has a general store which we visited on the way down, providing all of our……

“Exactly as advertised. Very quiet country setting. Enjoyed the nearby wineries and sitting by a fire at night.”

“A lovely home with ample space to relax. The covered porch was a favorite spot, and the coffee bar was popular. Great location, and the host was very responsive.”

“A perfect location & house for family activities!Comfortable rooms, well-designed layout for gathering during the day & privacy at night.”

“Great house with fenced in beautiful little backyard with a firepit. We had a fire every night after perfect days biking the Keuka outlet trail, going to wineries, eating at great local restaurants and shopping at the windmill craft market. Truly a great area and a perfect launch spot in a comfortable lovely private house.”

“*The gas grill was barely functional, broken gas burners, so the only hot spots were a few inches in the back.*Lots of tiny ants and bugs on the kitchen counters, kitchen table and buffet, plus on the bathroom counters.*All the sliding glass door windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out, so we tried to clean them all. The upstairs sliding door was very hard to slide in either direction.*That said, we weren’t lacking for anything, all the sheets and towels were nice, the stand up paddle board……

“The booking process went smoothly. The trailer was under whelming. Windows were not used friendly. The location of the trailer on was to closer to the neighbors. AC function was complicated and very noisy. Rated on a scale of 1-10..overall it was a 7 experience.”

“Everything was perfect for our stay! The hosts were great communicating everything we would need to know. The beds were comfortable, one evening was very hot upstairs with the bedroom door closed but the next day we ran the A/C unit and put a fan in front of it to pump the cool air into the room and it worked perfectly. It was very clean and we will be back!”

“We were staying in the area for a wedding. Location was ideal because we were able to walk to the chapel and reception from this rental. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had.”

“It was a very relaxing week. The view was amazing from the back deck.”

“Overall the home met our needs.”

“This is our go to for our girls wine tasting weekends. It’s like our second home. We go right to our respective rooms to set up as soon as we get there. Beautiful combination of rustic and modern. The property is gorgeous and peaceful. Love sitting on porch with morning coffee to watch the sunrise and the wildlife.”
