「This is a great property in a fabulous location near Lake Toya. The villa is spacious with all amenities for summer and winter with a fabulous outside spa bath. Good view of the lake from large balcony and access to many activities and sites around the lake. Quiet neighbourhood.」

「Amazing hotel with great view to Lake Toya. Top notch service and immaculate room with our own onsen inside. I must add that breakfast we had was just superb. We really can't be happier with our stay. One small note that it's a very short drive (5 mins) to downtown but this is what make this a great stay as it's a bit tucked away from the crowd but still very close to everything we needed.」

「The onsen design room was very comfortable and spacious with great view of the lake and blueberry garden. The amazing staff from the valet attendant to the checkin assistant greeted us with warm welcome and made us feel right at home. Nice touch having to remove our shoes before stepping on the tatami corridor. There are shoe lockers at the entrance of each floor corridor. The in-room onsen was lovely. There’s frosted glass (balcony railing) for privacy otherwise would have great lake/mountain...
