On the door wrote cleaning sevice need to book in app before 11 pm everyday, but I couldn't find where to book in app. so I asked reception to book cleaning service and they said they noted. But they even didn't empty the trash bin and the old towels were still there. "

"酒店洗手間去水有問題，沒有浴缸，沖涼位置，沒有圍邊邊，沖涼後大量積水在地板，妨礙客人再進入用洗手間及洗面盆，必須要改善。 本人已是住過四次，這個情況都沒有改善，因為地點太方便，才會再住。"

Bad: WIFI: slow, some times, it didn't have signal and wait for a while to have a signal again. Reception: there were no any staff for a while as I was standing for a help. It happened more than once. Bedsheet: there was a hair and some marks, which were not clean enough. TV: no guideline which channels are those. I have to keep enter the numbers in order to look for news channels. I couldn't finally, so I went down to ask the reception for help. The lady was patient to help."
