“Great accommodations, will use in the future”

“No words to describe how dirty this place was. The smell of bleach was so bad I wanted to die. It was 10 pm and no other choice the hell hole or my car”

“Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.”

I unfortunately didn’t get their names, but they made such a great first impression and provided outstanding customer service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spotless, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and everything I needed was available.……

“Cute little cabins only about 30 minutes away from downtown Gainesville. And about 15 minutes from Ginnie springs. I noticed that some of the cabins have a shade over the outside area and a hammock. I would have loved that. Didn't realize those were options. Our cabin did not have that.. other than that, this day was very nice.”

“⚠️ WARNING: Unjustified post-checkout charges and false accusations! I stayed at this hotel for two nights and left my credit card on file for incidentals. Days after checking out, I noticed an unauthorized extra charge on my card, and when Expedia contacted the hotel, they claimed that "something was missing" from the room. This is completely false; I left the room in perfect condition and took absolutely nothing. They are using the card information left in good faith to apply unapproved……

“I recently stayed at the Hilton in Gainesville and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I had a nice view of the city. One of my favorite features was the lovely courtyard with a beautiful tree surrounded by mature trees draped in Spanish moss, which created a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. The front desk……
