Villa Marusya elegante y hermosa
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (24)
"The house is as beautiful as the pictures. All the bedrooms are large and have their own bathrooms, the pool is great, there is even a small workout area, and the house has a great massage room. The house is also walkable to lots of restaurants and stores. Finally, the owner is very close by and incredibly responsive to anything we asked. It's a great house for a group to use as home base to enjoy Tulum."

Beachfront Villa & pool Tropical Paradise to relax & enjoy
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (100)
"We had a great stay. Cheryl was very communicative and very easy to deal with. This house sits right on the bay and is just stunning to wake up to the sunrise every day. The rooms all have cold AC and the showers were always hot. It is truly amazing when you first roll into the private gates and just take the view in. Samuel takes care of the property and any requests or needs you may have. He speaks good English too and is great to work with. Maricela kept our place tidies up every single day....

Lula Tulum - Colibri Boutique Hotels
3.5 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (138)
"The hotel is beautiful. The location is amazing!! Food & drinks were great. The staff definitely needs more training. There is a tremendous lack of communication. They continuously forgot to reserve our beach beds, yet would quickly resolve issues for those from outside of the hotel that are willing to pay for each bed. As guest we are given the right to reserve spots on the beach. At Lula’s kitchen and beach staff, there is a lacking sensation of welcoming energy. We weren’t greeted in the...

Kore Tulum Retreat and Spa Resort - Adults Only
4.5 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (1002)
"If it was out of 10, we would give it 7.5. The facility is nice, jetted tub in the room was nice! Great size, we had a balcony, and stand in rainfall shower. The shower door didnt stay closed though, so the bathroom floor often got wet. Also, there was some water damage in the room that should be addressed. The breakfast was good, but we didn't enjoy the food thoroughout the day so much. But we do understand this can be a preference. Staff was nice. The pool was nice. The beach on the property...
