“We absolutely loved this house! It exceeded expectations. I thought it actually looked better in person than the pictures showed, which is not common. It was quiet and peaceful as we drank coffee and ate breakfast on the back patio. The view was fantastic. Everything was very clean! And the golf cart was a huge plus for getting around the resort. The only two things that I would suggest to the owner- and they are very minor- is a new queen mattress in the downstairs bedroom and the slow drain in……

“We’ve traveled to SanDestin once before and loved it, so had to stay on the resort property again. This time we stayed on the Linkside vs Baytowne side and it truly couldn’t have been a better location! Great yard space for the kids to play, so quiet without feeling congested as on the other side of the resort, great fishing on the property, and beautiful view! The condo was exactly as pictured, with plenty of space for 9! Property management was fantastic, and super friendly and prompt. Only……

“We had an amazing stay. We love the Dustin area and staying at Sandestin is always amazing. This villa was a great place to stay. The pool was amazing to have on the deck and the golf cart was great to have to drive around. We’ve already looked at booking next year.”

“It was spacious for the family had everything you needed to etiquette for your stay. The only issues was questioned about life guards with the hidden dunes condos where you can walk the beach. I would rent again for a family stay just that being questioned saying we need to show that we can be at the beach. Found water bug in the pillows in the upstairs room but other than that it was cleaniss.”

I had read in an earlier review that there were only five spoons in the silverware drawer. When we arrived I found that to be true, notified the company and they delivered more the next day. “Property was safe, clean and accessible. Golf cart was a great addition. Our older teens were able to feel more independent and safe getting around resort. Easy access for gulf and bay to enjoy the water and numerous activities. We will definitely return here again.”

“The location of this property is great and to have a golf cart with bikes really helped our big group. The only downfall were the things that needed to be fixed around the house. We travel and stay at a lot of properties and this one needs a little work. Other than that we had a great time. The Beachwalk Property did step up when we had an issue with the air conditioner, they had someone out to fix within about 2 hours and it did get fixed.”
