"The hot springs and the lake setting are fantastic, but the room experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Our initial room in the older wing felt quite claustrophobic and dainty. We ended up paying extra to upgrade to the newer tower, which was much better, open, airy, and featured a lovely lake-facing balcony. If you stay here, I highly recommend booking the tower wing from the start to ensure a comfortable experience."

"Check-in was bad experience as this is booked for my wife and kid, but even if they showed my ID, they were not able to check-in and need me to call hotel to confirm. Why so much trouble? Never experienced this in other hotels! "

"I was so appalled by the state of repair while I walked down the hallways that I almost left the hotel before I reached my room. At least the room itself was in a decent state. Then my kids wanted to try the pool and it was filthy and ill-maintained."

"I would say it’s important to know that there’s heavy construction going on in the area. If you are driving a vehicle, it is very difficult to turn into the property. Very few access points. Otherwise, I would say this is a lovely hotel and I will stay here again. As I have done many times."
