「The room was clean but the en-suite was old and dated. The bed was very comfortable and a fan was provided to help cool the room. The staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was also of a good quality and tasty with a good selection. The bar was good, typical of a town centre hotel bar.」

「Loved that my room was in the main house. My room was small but it faced the garden where I could watch birds and squirls. Missed the hedgehogs. 「Good amount of parking although either a trek to reception or the room as the equidistant spaces were all full. Check in felt convoluted and confused - eg the payment and whether breakfast was included or not. It was a bit of a faff getting to reception as we were not allowed through the normal entrance owing to a wedding and so had to enter through a side entrance - all quite bizarre.
