「** I want to start this by addressing the train first because the reviews made me nervous when I was booking. It was noticeable but not bad at all in my opinion It was me and my daughter neither of us were woken by it at all and they did have ear plugs just Incase ** The place was comfy and perfect for what we needed super quiet neighborhood and my daughter was in love with the wildlife! Constant rabbits, gophers and deer plus short walk to the river and super short drive to so many things! The...

「It was perfect!」

「The neighborhood is soooo loud. I had to call the cops two nights in a row. I understand they can not control the neighborhood but if you need a quiet night this is not your place. I had to reach out to the property to get enough towels for the weekend and also request a remote for the tv. They brought both the next day but the remote did not work. They said they would bring batteries but that never happened. The fridge did not work and ruined the groceries I ordered. The silverware was dirty...

「The hosts, Lee and Michele were great. They were very accommodating, attentive, prompt to respond/resovlve any issues, and easy to reach. The property was well maintained, managed, modern, and clean. Plenty of amenities were provided including coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, paper products, cleaning products, linens, towels, etc. Washer, dryer, oven/stove(gas) were modern, efficient, and easy to operate. The walkway was kept clear of snow/ice/leaves. Free street parking. Check in and check out...

「Great stay overall - nice, good-sized flat that worked well for two of us over three weeks. Check-in was easy, shower pressure was great, and the location was quiet but an easy walk to public transport and Butler Street. The initial clean could've been more thorough, and a few small maintenance items (missing/cracked blinds, a loose door knob) could use attention. The smart lock's battery died once, but our host noticed quickly and sorted it in no time. Worth knowing: the bed is very soft - some...

「The apartment was a perfect spot for our three-day stay in the Highland Park neighborhood of Pittsburgh. While it had the charms of an older building (squeaky floors), the apartment was super clean, and we loved details like a comfortable king-sized bed and plenty of towel bars in the bathroom. The labels for all the switches were really helpful, and everything worked great. Nataliya was responsive and helpful (though we had no issues while there). The neighborhood is beautiful, and we enjoyed...

「very responsive!」

「We always love staying here for firecracker 100, this was our 3rd time and we plan to try to stay here every year in the future. We love the area, the theming of the location, the outdoor area, and the bed is so comfy. Plus a bunk bed if we bring more people. Love it here so much and already want to come back.」
