There’s nothing to complain about unless you’re from the middle of nowhere and can’t handle a little bit of honking or sirens every once in a while, but I thought the rooms were very comfortable. 「We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature. For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included. 「The location of this hotel is great. Transportation and eatery are just around the corner. The front desk staff could have a little smile facing guests. After checking in, lots of guests waiting for the small elevator for a bit too long. The room is small but clean. NYC is so so hot now, no complimentary bottled water is a downer.」
