"Loved this apartment. Perfectly appointed and walkable to the village. Very quiet street. Nice outdoor deck area that is shaded by a huge tree. We enjoyed sitting outside. The beds were comfortable, the ice maker was full when we arrived, and the water pressure in the shower was great! These things are often overlooked in listings but make a big difference in the comfort of your stay. A+. We will definitely book this again!"

"We loved watching the hens peck and roam around this beautiful little horse farm and see the horses in their paddocks. The grounds were landscaped beautifully. The back patio was a lovely place to sit, relax, and take it all in. Linndsay prepared the nicest light gourmet breakfast. I'm still thinking about that pastry! This is a very convenient location, just a short drive to Southern Pines, Pinehurst, and Vass."

"Serene and lovely convenient location in Southern Pines. Took my dog and we strolled around the grounds observing all the horse,chickens and squirrels. She loved it I loved it. Lindsey is a 5star baker and her breakfasts are delicious and very creative. I couldn’t help but relax and recharge. I needed the time too, I was playing golf 3 days in a row. Location was perfect for anything around Pinehurst and Sanford."

"We paid, and received a receipt from, VRBO and then received two or more confirmation messages from Evolve, the listing agent. The “manager” never responded to calls, email or texts until we were halfway through a 6 hour drive down with our two horses, for a show, and dogs in our truck/ trailer. She then told us she owned the property and no longer rented it through Evolve/VRBO. We desperately notified VRBO who found us a hotel room that takes dogs, but we had to find a place for our horses.
