"Large, clean bedrooms. Bar area good. Breakfast ok, but don't leave it till later as the food items are not replenished. Hotel perfectly situated for bars, restaurants and shops. Train station 2 mins from front door. Staff all pleasant"

"The room was comfortable. The staff were courteous and welcoming. It was disappointing that there wasn’t a cooked breakfast on offer but understandable as the refurbishment is ongoing. "

"The food and the service in the restaurant was terrible. We waited for an hour to get our pizza while people who ordered after us had already got their steak. Had chase down the staff 3 times and then our pizza turned up burnt "

"Very comfortable bed after hike up Ben Nevis and continental breakfast was very good "

"We loved our stay! The home was big, comfortable, and relaxing — just what we needed. Perfectly located near restaurants and pubs, easy to get in, and the host’s communication was great. Also great to have parking included. "
