"The heating and air was fine. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and there should have been a light or lamp on the desk. Tammy who was manning the free breakfast was very cheeful and helpful. She greeted each guest and made sure everyone was taken care of. An awesome example of customer service!!!"

"The hotel rooms are meant for extended stay. They are fairly basic rooms but comfortable enough. At this price point, I think the overall quality is good. That said, it is more of a barebones operation."

"For starters, hotels.com sold me the same room for 200.00 more a mont earlier. I got it cheaper by canceling and re booking. The hotel was average at best. No cleaning or even towels the second day. The receptacle didn't work in bathroom. Stayed at better for half. Staff was friendly. Thats about it. Location was good."

"Starting around midnight, people were loudly arguing and slamming doors. This went on until after 3:00a.m.We were on the 1st floor so I know front desk could hear. NO SLEEP! The breakfast wasn't worth eating. Sorry to be such a downer but this was a terrible place to stay. All doors slam when they shut. Who designs a hotel like this? Lots of traffic noise. Staff were okay"
