“The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. ”

“All the staff were so kind & courteous. The coffee bar was amazing and so reasonably priced. Fora was delicious. It’s so central to such a fun part of night life. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. 10/10 recommend and will stay again!”

“I paid for parking and my spot was taken when I got back so I was left with NO PARKING. You can only communicate with the team via text and it took them hours to even try to resolve it and since I was already very unimpressed with the room/weird creepy hole in the ceiling/bed/filthy bathroom with a tub that wasn't draining I just left. Do yourself a favor and just pay a bit more for a hotel with staff who can assist you if things go wrong. This is is not it!!”
