「Good check in instructions. Is a clean semi updated finished basement with its own separate side enterance. Enterance way like a hotel hallway, multiple rooms. Not sure would call our room a suite, had queen bed, 2 folding chairs, small desk, TV but no cable/orfree channels. The mattress was very hard, only get 1 pillow per person, our bathroom was detached in the hallway though, don't think was sharing with others. The kitchenette was down the hall for all to use. 「This is a lovely property, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The host’s family lives upstairs and we were lucky to enjoy her son’s exceptional piano skills as we drank our coffee in the garden. 「Communication with the owner was excellent, making check in very easy. The suite was very clean and well equipped. While this was a work trip, we didn’t to spend a lot of time there, but the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and we slept well. That's key in my books. The only knock is that the Kuerig didn’t work. I missed my wake up coffee for 2 days, darn near killed me (lol). Thank you for the excellent stay.」

"We checked in and discovered molds on bed sheets. The staff changed us to another room, but the toilet fan in that room is broken. Amenities are stingily insufficient. No kettle in the room so we asked for one. The staff said they will send it to our room but they clearly forgot about that. They did sound nice but not being helpful at all. One of the worst hotels we stayed given the price. Not recommended."
