“The room actually exceeded our expectations and the options at breakfast were great and the food was good too! Our only complaint is that it was a $100 deposit fee.... if it's over $50, it should definitely be listed in the agreement stuff you sign, as most places are $50. When I brought it up to the lady at the front desk, she said I am supposed to call... wouldnt it be easier to have it just listed... They definitely need more parking as well. We got back to the hotel after our event and all……

“So...the place was okay for the price....until we got there...i know i dont expect an entire breakfast assortment but the breakfast was jimmy deans sandwiches everyday. Ehh i could live with that. But then the staff only came to take out garbage and change towels every other day. They didnt change sheets at all, and there is an envelope to tip them in the rooms...i should be tipping for exceptional service not for basic expectations..yea i knew i wasnt going to get the Hilton or Plaza hotel……

“The property is as picturesque as in the photos! It is very well maintained and the lake access with the private beach was wonderful. The ducks by the lake were very friendly (I’m guessing they are nicely fed by visitors lol). The rooms are clean and updated. No maid service unless requested. AC in the room worked great! The continental breakfast was decent, but the breakfast room could be a little bigger. There are lots of stairs, so if your mobility is impaired this probably is not the……

“Its a family friendly friendly resort with good amenties for a long week stays. All tge attractions around Laconia, NH are under 10 minutes drive from this reaort which makes it more attractive.”

“We had the best couple nights at the Grand View!! So relaxing but also very close to everything you want to do!! We went to The Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion for a concert & it was an easy drive there & back!! Checking in & out was very easy well & the staff super friendly!! We’ll definitely be back!!”
