“Welcoming staff, charming property and a really good nights sleep”

“Stairs to the rooms were quite steep but the room was great. Comfortable bed and lovely to have fresh milk and homemade cookies. Unfortunately the shower could do with some attention as water was really slow to run away.Good selection at breakfast, staff were friendly and very accommodating. Could do with either cleaning or replacing the carpet on stairs and landing as it’s very stained and does them no favours in terms of appearance. Overall great stay and would recommend.”

“We had a wonderful stay here with our son, both sets of grandparents, and our dog, and it was perfect for everyone. From the moment we arrived, the first impression was fantastic. The spa was lovely and a great place to relax, and the food was brilliant throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, although it did take a little while to arrive. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a lovely kids’ room and outdoor space that our little one really enjoyed. It’s also amazing for dogs, which……

“Good location near shopping mall and market. The room was spacious and comfortable but we needed to climb up the stairs with our heavy luggage. Dinner was delicious.”

“Convenient, near to the city centre and the bus terminal. Not good choice for family, especially about the bathroom setup. The shower is fixed on the wall, while the sink is too high for kid”

“有冷氣，位置非常好，距離超市，巴士站，大教堂，都非常近！可惜，櫃台服務人員，態度很冷淡！我們本來只預定了最基本的房間 8 晚，但他們卻給我們一大間 apartment，共有超過10張 6尺雙人床那麼大！我們很害怕被加價，不過幸好沒有！可是進飯店，搭電梯出來，要走很遠很遠，還要上 26個階梯，沒電梯！中間要開關 7 扇門，門很厚重！而我們的行李共有 80 公斤，所以很艱苦！設備很不錯，有免費的膠囊咖啡，唐寧茶可喝，有小冰箱，有小小一瓶真正的鮮奶！網路上，這家飯店的apartment，都是附有小廚房，有廚具，可是我們住到的apartment，沒有廚房廚具，而是附有一間客廳，有一台很大的新的LG 電視，可是不能看！還好臥房有一台比較小的舊電視可以看。Wifi 常斷線，最恐怖的是：晚上10點半之後，絕對沒熱水可以洗澡！不幸的是，今年的夏天，英國多雨又冷，晚上常15度C以下！賽倫塞斯特大概被觀光客騷擾得很煩，對觀光客比較不歡迎，不友善！賽倫塞斯特是「科茲窩丘陵」的中心，方便搭巴士去周圍很多美麗的小鎮，村落！”

“Really friendly friendly staff throughout the hotel, nice selection of food for breakfast, unfortunately the food temperature was not piping hot, could do with better warmers for breakfast food selection. Dinner was very nice, would recommended Haddock and chips. The room we stayed in (131) had a smell of drains which was very unpleasant on arrival to the room.”
