"We did take the shuttle only when we left Hong Kong, as we arrived late in the night. The hotel is amazing, small rooms but very clean, good beds and nice, clean towells. "

There simply aren't enough elevators servicing the place. And due to the multiple elevator changes and elevator restrictions by floor, sometimes it takes days to get up or down."
