Great experience with the team. Very warm and helpful, would definitely pick the group to stay with again.

The room was very big and comfortable. The bed sheets were a little rough. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The staff offered to help me fix it but unfortunately it was not a good time. Also, Chammi was amazing during check-in and he tried his best to personalize my experience. Attentive service

The hotel was excellent, everything was beautiful and service was great. But only one thing was not so great was the terrible traffic around the area, the traffic jam was terrible nearby day and night.

Good location, great staff. Nearby bus station and the subway.

The location is super convenient and just few mins walk to the Hongdae area. The room is spacious with stylish design. Very chic and cool! The staff is also helpful and nice and always with smile. My daughter likes Ryse very very much. She will come again for her next visit.
