The bathroom in my dorm was interesting in that if the sink ran too long, the floor flooded. Also, our dorm room door stayed unlocked the entire night. It wasn't a problem, but it defeated the purpose of giving us room keys. "

"The staff here at the Hamilton is fantastic. They arranged taxis for us and, even tho’ we had already checked out, they allowed us to keep our suitcases there for two days while we traveled to Busan.The location is excellent. The Itaewon subway station is right in front of the hotel. The only negative about this hotel is the loud club music right next door. It lasted all night and my wife had trouble sleeping. If you are young and like to stay out late, this is a perfect spot."

"This place was amazing, it was huge! loved the space and the modern decor. It was located in a shopping street so we could just walk out the door and find stores, food and it was close to the N Seoul Tower and other attractions. Uber and taxis are super cheap in Seoul, as well as trains and bus, so it was super easy to get around from the hotel. "

"First of all, the photos shown and the actual facility were completely different. We were told that we could fit 5 people in the unit but it was small, dirty and cramped. Furthermore, the bathroom was moldy and the shower head was broken. There was used soap (with someone's hair left on it), used toothpaste and dirty towels left for our use. "At 12:20am someone knocked on our door while we were sleeping and said they gave us the wrong room so we had to change it. We checked in around 6:30pm but it took them about 6 hours to figure out that we were given a wrong room. I specifically asked where's the bathroom during the check in since I knew we were getting shared bathroom. However wben the employee told us where the bathroom is we were bit surprised because it was a private bathroom instead. Anyway, it was a horrible experience of...
