The room was almost perfect, my only complaint was that it was quite hot and as a foreigner the A/C was difficult to operate. The fact that there was a Lawson in the basement was so convenient for late night snacks 💕"

"An Incredibles stay. The staff were extremely friendly and very proficient in English for that matter. They were also very patient with my broken Japanese. I felt right at home even after taking a tumble outside. We went to the front desk upon entry and the staff saw my knee, came back and helped me disinfect and bandage my cut - incredible service. The location is excellent, and the building is beautiful extremely tall."
