「The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. 」

Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan. 」

He was very prompt and helpful in all communications, from our initial inquiry through to check-in and check-out.The location is convenient—Kokubunji Station is only 15 minutes from Shinjuku, making it a good base for exploring Tokyo and beyond. 「家族4人ですごしました。駅から徒歩圏内、とても広く、とても良かったです。ご担当の方もとてもレスポンスが早く、助かりました。洗濯の洗剤も置いてあり、サービスも素晴らしかったです。インターネットがあまり調子良くなかったことだけが不満でしたが、それ以外は100点でした。また、宿周辺についてですが、蒲田駅前が多少昔よりも治安というか、道が汚くなっている気がして寂しかったです。」
