"The rooms and hotel grounds were very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with special orders for eggs, pancakes and other choices. This property is very unique because the owner is an architect and artist. Everywhere you look is something quirky or unique. The place is centrally located in Zermatt and they have a free shuttle service to/from the train station. We would stay here again."

"The location was great. It was right in the heart of everything. Easy walk from the train station. The complementary breakfast was fantastic. The gentleman who checked us in what's very known knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the view from our balcony. The mini fridge was very handy. No ac but we left the windows open and everything was fine"

"A mon avis cet hôtel est un 5 étoiles. Il est très luxueux , dès l’arrivée l’endroit est très beau , chic et de bon goût. Nous étions en couple dans une suite familiale . Nous avons réservé dans 5 hôtels haut de gamme en Suisse et c’est de loin le meilleur hôtel où nous avons séjourné durant notre séjour en Suisse ."
