Rooms were exceptionally clean and really had everything you could wish for, with a well stocked kitchen and washing machine. Quitr close to Ueno station yet still nice and quiet. Was great for our little family of three.

Small room but very comfortable.
Cooked breakfast dishes were good but also had cold or lukewarm food added which did not work well.
Only limited dining space in evenings which had DJ ; we went out elsewhere

Staff was welcoming and helpful, but I was surprised how small the lobby and reception area were. There were bicycles parked in the lobby area which made it a bit crowded. The restaurant didn't appeal to us, but to each his own. The room was very small, but was clean. However, one of the towels was ragged with holes in it. I thought the hotel would be a bit more grand based on the photos online, but all in all, it was a pleasant stay.

A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

A good place, close to the Shinagawa station, with pretty rooms and great services. It is a tad noisy during the day and the walls are thin. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and will come back for sure.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, although it was not quite as spacious as we expected, especially since we booked the Grand Room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable.
The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores within walking distance.

Better than expected and much bigger than expected. All the amenities are there. It’s next to the trains but we didn’t hear a sound. Very convenient and amazing space for what you get. Love that the toilet is separate from shower and tub. They think of everything from the little details of the things you need
