Great location! Wonderful room!

Beautiful property: large clean room. Excellent and attentive staff. One problem: on 2 days the spa and pool were unavailable due to a private event. We should have been notified prior to booking.

This hotel really makes you depend on them for everything. There is a nice fridge in the room but don’t you dare touch it or put your leftovers inside or you’ll be charged! Ridiculous to have a fridge filled with liquor top to bottom. There is also the up charge as soon as you walk in. For $150 more per day you can eat all your meals at the hotel. Again, they make you completely reliant on them for everything. I was on the 15th floor and could hear all the port sounds, including port authority whistles, cars, honking, boat noises, etc. I wanted to like this hotel but I would never stay there again. Would much rather stay in Yaletown or Kitsilano. Save yourself the trouble. Stay somewhere else with a mini fridge you can actually use and maybe even a microwave!

My husband and myself love staying at this property however our experience at the Bacchus Room last night was very disappointing. We had a clear view of the kitchen and watched the Chef leaning on the counter watching tv, eating and using his phone. This is definitely not the kind of experience I would expect from this establishment

You booked me into an Accessible room, which I did NOT request. It did not suit my needs.
