The location was perfect—right in the heart of Times Square and close to all the shopping and attractions. Our room was spacious, beautiful, very clean, and elegant.
The check-in process, however, lacked a sense of urgency, and the staff was not very welcoming. It was also a little odd that the manager came to our room after we had already checked in.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay because of the great location and beautiful room. The hotel is definitely convenient if you want to be in the center of all the shopping and excitement in Times Square.
