The front desk staff were not friendly. Not welcoming. Just charged me for the room and that was it. Didn’t show me where the elevator was to get to my room. They charged me for two rooms. Hopefully I won’t have a problem getting a credit. The pool was dated. The bed was comfortable.

Didn’t appear as though things were spotless.. the washroom especially had not been cleaned thoroughly and the finishes seem like a patchwork job..not perfectly finished/no clean lined work. Made me feel like I was staying at an old Toronto apartment.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The valet, the staff, amenities were great. The room was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The staff was extremely accommodating with all our requests. Would definitely recommend when staying in toronto
