"Such a lovely historic ryokan experience, our first ever!! The inn is old and rustic which gives the feeling of going.back in time. The onsen mineral bath experience was worth trying, but reserve a private one if you want to enjoy with your companions instead of other travelers. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa. "
