"I love the Prudential. It has great ac. Location is fantastic with shopping center below and metro station. It is not super fancy, however, it is clean and simple. Breakfast is not my preference… I prefer to walk a few blocks to the Sheraton and have breakfast there. Price wise, The Prudential is a great option. I recommend."

"Absolutely fantastic! We are from Australia and it was our first time in Hong Kong. The hotel is right next to the tram which can take you across the whole island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would also recommend adding the breakfast on as it was really convenient to have every morning :) "

"Staff are friendly and willing to help, which i didn't expect that. Room services and cleaning are great. We stayed there for 8 nights and so happy for it. The value had exceeded what we paid, no complaint at all, except that i can smell cigarette smoking smell in the room, it's a smoking free room, but maybe come from the carpet or ventilation, should work on this, some air fresheners will be good! One more note, there is a street across the road from the hotel is a very famous street for...

"Overall a good hotel. But difficult to figure out where the entrance is. And have to go outside for elevator."

"The hotel is adjoined Moko Shopping Mall and Mongkok East MTR linked to the mall within a few minutes walk. I did not try any of the restaurants in the hotel during my stay. There are many choices for food within the mall and many restaurants along the streets nearby outside of Moko."

"This hotel is with spacious room and good views. It's next to The Chinese University of Hong Kong, which is very convenient. One thing to mention is that the room has some mild unpleasant odor. The breakfast is not to the caliper for this category of hotels. We also lost a good portion of the delivered food at midnight and the hotel didn't inform us about what happened after our inquiry. "

"Very different than the Marco Polo Gateway i remember , hotel reception a shadow of its former reception entrance by steps not friendly for the less able, no coffee shop limited tome slot for main restaurant sorry guys unless you get back to that standard not my place to stay on the future"

"Cleaning is not that satisfactory. Carpet has dirts and need to clean up in every part of the hotel. Cleaners not well cleaned though beds are made and toilets cleaned - the desk top are not touched."
