「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

「The room was very underwhelming after walking through the front door for the first time. Having a fridge and microwave was nice, though. The hotel itself had ice water available until 8pm, and coffee/hot water available 24/7. I wish ice water would be kept out 24/7 too and don't see a reason why they can't do that. The breakfast gets the job done, but is basically the same every day. Though I don't mind that with all the options (eggs, biscuit/gravy, pancake, waffle maker, cereal, sausage...
