"Easy access to everything such shopping, eating transportation, and MRT"

"I love the Prudential. It has great ac. Location is fantastic with shopping center below and metro station. It is not super fancy, however, it is clean and simple. Breakfast is not my preference… I prefer to walk a few blocks to the Sheraton and have breakfast there. Price wise, The Prudential is a great option. I recommend."

"Though not as close to central areas of Causeway Bay like some other hotels, this hotel is still in a handy location given a 15 min. additional walk. I like the friendly service offered by the hotel staff. The only disappointment was that when I tried to find a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant, I noted that it is only open for breakfast & lunch. I can understand the reason for that but this negative does not let me put my tick on "excellent" on overall rating."

"The property felt new and was well maintained. Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Swimming pool was very nice, and gym appeared adequate. About a 10 minute walk to the Tai Wo Hau MTR station (which is about a 25 minutes from Tsim Shah Tsui station). Many restaurants within a 5-10 minute walking distance. Hotel also offers a shuttle service to nearby mall with MTR. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Prices are more reasonable."

"Has a nice location, near MTR. Rooms are clean with few basic amenities. Staff are friendly and accomodating. The only downside ia that sometimes there is a strong cigarette smell in the room."

"Our stay was great. There wasnt a pool, this hotel was listed as having one on the website. But we got over that. It was very clean and tidy. Staff were lovely helpful and welcoming. Hotel decor is very tired and old but very clean so this didnt matter. Reflected in the price. Superb location. "

"There were shuttles available to and from places we wanted to explore closer to the hotel, with the option to scan a QR code to track its location for when you want to leave (though I had issues using this). There is a bus stop located across the street and one a little further up. The staff were able to help us with any navigation/questions we had. "This hotel is with spacious room and good views. It's next to The Chinese University of Hong Kong, which is very convenient. One thing to mention is that the room has some mild unpleasant odor. The breakfast is not to the caliper for this category of hotels. We also lost a good portion of the delivered food at midnight and the hotel didn't inform us about what happened after our inquiry. "
