Hotel could use more cleanliness in elevators or hallways but still enjoyed my stay. Felt very safe with pool staff once they kicked someone out in a very professional manner. 「I’ve been going to the V when they were owned by Sonder. Now that they are not, there are some changes. Although Everything is still the same. The quality of the service room and cleanliness was great. The only thing I was surprised by was the deposit fee of $100 per night from what they told me. I understand that it’ll be refundable after but I wasn’t informed about that when I booked a room on this app. Just wish it was disclosed. Other than that, this hotel is great. Had a good stay.」

「The chexkin process was quick and easy. The property had multiple entrances so getting to the room was fast. The room was clean and had tea/coffee on the counter and pumps of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. We used the iron and blowdryer that were both good. To top ot off, breakfast was a great selection and the checkout was faster than the checkin.」
