“Todos fue excelente”

“We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made……

“Pequeño Hotel cerca de la zona de Punta Cana y playa Macao. Habitaciónes simples pero muy comfortables. El personal muy atento y agradable. Solo pudimos pasar una noche ya que estabamos de viaje pero regresaremos seguro.”

“El desayuno muy bueno. El baño del cuarto siempre estaba húmedo. El estarctor estaba tan sucio que no sacaba la humedad ni el olor. Hay música en la noche y si estás en los pisos de arriba se va a escuchar. Nosotros estábamos en el 3ro y se escuchaba.”

“I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here.”

“Basically, a new property with a great value to stay and enjoy it amenities. Great Breakfast Buffet, 3 nice restaurants, beautiful view from the balcony and great service in the pools.”

“Food: Good. While the food was very good most of the time, the resort misrepresents the fact that they have multiple restaurants. There is two physical locations to get food - the buffet (usually breakfast/lunch) and the Asian restaurant (Kura) on the other side of the resort. They end up splitting Kura in half every night and calling one side Asian and one side international and they give you a different menu depending on what side you made a reservation for. And on nights they have a third……

“One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.”
