“Could walk Canal street and to the French Quarter from here. The room was a little hot, but it was really okay. We had a small issue, but the staff, specifically Jade, immediately made the fix without any issues. Very pleased without stay!”

“The floors are filthy! In less than 10 minutes of taking a shower my feet were black with filth my socks are now black as well! The trim around the door of the bathroom is rotted. The toilet wouldn’t flush. Very little warm water in the shower! We stayed two night two different rooms because of the toilet but the condition was just as bad in the second room. Something was wet on the walls of the second bathroom, it looked like urine. There is NO quantity at this inn and suites I will never……

“Staff were super kind. I know it is new orleans but this was the loudest room ive ever stayed in. Curtains might help at least a little, some sound support rugs or just dang. Something. This did mean the room had epic acoustics for hearing neighborly conversations though so that was interesting. No coffee maker, no microwave even tho there is a fridge. They daily ran out of washcloths so never really got enough of those. No place to put the soap in the shower and no door on the shower meant the……

“Property has terrible parking. Rooms are dingy. There was gum on the floor in the bathroom. Dirty walls and doors. Beds were okay and seem to be clean. ”

“The room smelt like someone just smoked a carton of cigarettes in it and the sheets had cigarette burns in them”
