"This stay was everything that I needed after returning back to the States from a 3-week trip to Europe. The hotel shuttle was convenient and faster than what I read in other reviews. My bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. They even had room service, but after 20 hours of traveling, I skipped dinner and just showered and went to bed. "This property was very clean and in a great location if traveling to ohare and need a place to stay. They offer an airport shuttle and grab-n-go breakfast that was great. They are very close to Allstate arena as well. Customer service was outstanding. "

The hotel advertise free breakfast Unfortunately that was not the case, They had no breakfast at all, although this was a leisure trip, I wanted to stay in my room without being disturbed or having to go out.
