We found the staff to be friendly and helpful when needed. With a security guard at the gate we felt very safe. There was no hot pool. But walking to the beach, since the highway has to be crossed, is dangerous and nearly a one mile--typically very hot--trek. "We were in between places so we needed a place for one night. We were not disappointed in the condo. It was very clean and quiet. They had all the basic amenities including coffee and tea which was great. They also had soap and shampoo dispensers. Nice to not worry about having those. The washer dryer was a great addition since our last place was not equipped with them! They also have a very nice secluded swimming beach. We Would definitely stay there again."
