“Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). “Yes my room was clean. I wish to thank you for the wonderful staff. The weather was so bad that Sunday the 25th and the clerk Stephanie went above and beyond calling to get me a cab to get to the train station in time. Kudo to the Pear Tree for all of the great people at the Pear Tree on Market Street in St. Louis. Thanks so much. ”

“Room was spacious and clean. View on the Gateway Arch. The ladies at the front desk were full of smiles, efficient and helpful. The hotel was probably not as busy as usual, due to the storm. Thank you!”

“Great customer service at check in. This staff knows how to communicate and treat a guest. Clear explanations on the amenities, etc. Great breakfast, and the 3:00 pm fresh popcorn is great. 5:30 to 7:00 they provide complimentary beer and wine, as well as a few snacks, such as chips. They have a soda fountain which is available all day long. So wonderful for when I needed a quick sip of bubbly but DID NOT want a bottle, can, etc. Brilliant benefit!!
