"Staff was awesome. The room was comfortable and we'll decorated. The blinds broke and maintenance fixed them but they broke again. The Alexa didn't really function and a few of the lights were busted. The bar and lounge were great and had really friendly bartenders."

"I booked hotel because I searched for hotels in Atlanta area that provided a pool. When I arrived at hotel excited to spend time with my wife my the pool the staff told me the pool was closed until Memorial Day. If that was the case then on Expedia is should alert the purchaser that the pool is closed until Memorial Day so I could choose another hotel option where there pool was open at the time of booking."

"The hotel is beautiful. The suite we stayed in needs sone TLC. shower door wouldn’t close and some of the frames is really old. But overall very comfortable hotel"

"Our stay was very excellent. Checked in about 9:30 PM and out again at 4:00 AM, a very short layover between flights at Atlanta. The beds were very comfortable. The walk in shower was an additional perk that was unexpected. We were checked in and out by 2 different desk clerks very quickly. The airport was quick and easy . We did not have time to use any of the other benefits other than a clean comfortable room. We would stay there again if it became necessary."

"Trying to park at the hotel was challenging, however once we found the parking garage across the street we were good. We had an amazing view on the 63rd floor. My only complaint was the shower smelled like mildew and the lack of hooks for towels to hang... Staff was great"
