“地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住”

“Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.”

“The property is located a 15-minute walk from the Pitlochry Station and is located on top of a hill. I would suggest taking a taxi if you have luggage. The property itself is beautiful and clean. Our room was quiet even though it was located near to the pub. We enjoyed walking the grounds as well. Lots of nice walking trails. The location is walkable to town and to the Blair Distillery which made things easy. ”

“Room was nice. It was pretty warm in the room and the window didn’t open very far but they did have fans. Stay was great. Pool and hot tub were a nice treat for the end of our trip.”

“Staff were excellent. Room was as expected but the staff are what makes this hotel an enjoyable experience. ”

“很棒的區域，有很美麗的建築外觀與河景，但畢竟是老房子，暖氣設施應該更加強，這次的住宿差點把我冷死，不過最令我感到不舒服的是，房間地板有點傾斜，可能跟房子老舊有關吧！”

“Friendly , pleasant and helpful staff at this hotel. We enjoyed the free organised activities within this hotel, for example the music bingo, which was fun. It would have been useful to be given the list of activities at reception on arrival as we didn't find out about the events until our second day at the hotel. There is even a cinema, All the staff were excellent and very helpful. The prices in the restaurants are a bit expensive especially the Asian inspired restaurant. We hope to return to……

“Staff are incredibly nice and helpful! The breakfast that’s included is delicious and has lots of variety. Only a 20 min walk from Portree City Centre so the hotel isn’t too far out! I loved my little cabin and would stay here again. ”

“The outside of the inn isn’t much to look at but the inside is very well designed modern stylish. The rooms are all updated renovated bathrooms. Great views! Breakfast had a good selection choices to order. I got the avocado toast with eggs on it, yummy! Close to the town to walk for dinner. ”
