「We stayed at this hotel one time before and had a wonderful stay. This time however, we were checked into a room that was not properly cleaned. Our room had animal feces on the floor in the corner. I did not notice this until after we began to settle into the room. I was traveling with my four small children including a crawling infant. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, the managers Tera and Chase– simply apologized and gave me a new room. While I felt their reaction...

「Very spacious room. Noisy from nearby construction. Housekeeping below par」

「Beautiful rooftop bar, fun quirky hotel. Would stay again.」

「Love the hotel! Was there for my son’s bday and we all had a wonderful time! Will definitely be back」

「The headboard was dusty, bathroom mirror broken, and the fridge wasn’t working.」

「The best」

「This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!」

「The place was clean and spacious. The hallways reeked of pot but the room itself did not. There is theoretically one off-street parking spot, but you'll never get it. The street parking is okay. The neighborhood itself is pretty downtrodden, you aren't going to want to walk around looking for food. But a short drive toward downtown gets you to a nicer area, or a short drive the other way gets you to the highway and the next exit away from downtown has lots of food and shopping. I would...

「The trip was good after we were settled in. But getting settled in, the property manager neglected to tell us there was an extra $350 charge that needed to be on a credit card for incidentals. And we couldn’t get the codes until we paid the money. Without the knowledge of needing the money I didn’t have a credit card prepared for the fee. She said she would refund my money but didn’t know how long the refund would take. She was very nasty the beginning. So 2 sixteen year old boys and I were...
