" Worst hotel experience ever. The room was extremely dirty, the staff were rude and completely unprofessional, and nothing matched what was advertised online. The bathroom smelled terrible, basic amenities were missing, and when I complained, nobody cared or tried to help. This place clearly does not respect its guests. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Total waste of money and time."
