"The Front desk clerk was very warm, friendly, and professional. It was late, and I was tired and cold and a bit upset because of some issue I had with my payment. She was very understanding and had it all sorted out in seconds. My room was immaculate. My disappointment was that the elevator was not working during the days I was there. I have a bad knee and had to take the stairs down to the breakfast room, which did not have much to choose from. Overall, my stay was good."
