「Well positioned halfway between Phoenix and Sedona. Black Canyon City is a very small town and the location is convenient, just a few minutes from the Interstate. Stayed 7 nights in unit. This unit had the basic necessities for overnight needs. If you're looking for a clean, simplistic, minimalist stay, off the beaten path for a good price, this is your place. We would stay here again.」

「We really needed a get away from the New England winter and wanted to explore Arizona. This cabin was right in the middle of the areas we wanted to visit and has very easy and quick access to route 17. The town of Anthem is 10 minutes away and has plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed grilling and relaxing at the cabin every night. It’s on a dirt road that is across from a power station but is very quiet and we walked every morning to bird watch and saw lots of roadrunners and...

「Great spot just north of Phoenix, closer to all the fun attractions even farther north and some great restaurants close by! House was just right with 2 beds, 2 baths, garage, quiet and peaceful with a great view!」

「I found the throws and comforters a bit dusty and, for me, allergenic. The bathroom towel fixtures are not really attached to the wall and are fussy to carry a wet bath towel. I liked the location but the property had been scraped clean; so I think this increased the dust.」

「Geat home with a beautiful desert surrounding. We saw all kinds of wildlife and enjoyed sitting by the pool. Very close to some great golf courses that we took advantage of- Troon North, The Boulders, and Rancho Manana. Tonto Grill at Rancho Manana is expetional. Host was very attentive to all questions or issues. Love to visit again.」

「This house and property were fantastic! View the sunrise from bed and the sunset from the front porch! Stunning! The stars at night were beautiful! The house had everything we needed! We would love to know more history on the house. The welding, rocks, and artists touch all over the property were wonderful to gaze at! Interesting and breathtaking! The one and only thing that I could comment on and it wasn't a huge deal, just goood to know...the road to get to the house is a bit sketchy...meaning...
