“When there for the two restaurants and spa that they advertise on the property. Out of the three days I was there, I couldn’t use any of the amenities because it was already fully booked. With the exception of the bartenders and one staff member, the staffing was rude and not helpful. The place is overpriced and not worth it. You can find cheaper hotels around the area.”

“So close to the beach just across the street. Clean, attractively furnished, kitchenette decently stocked. Quiet. Quaint. Counter staff very helpful. Continental breakfast adequate.”

“My only issue was check in, only one person trying her best to check in a few families no help at all, nobody came to help her at all, everything else was good, room was clean, pool was nice with the exception of no towels available had to use the towels from the room then get it replaced”

“The room we stayed in was a little small but so nice. It had all of the amenities from coffee maker, microwave, and fridge to beach chairs and beach cooler. It was really well decorated and spotless clean. The location was amazing. 1 block to the beach and one block to the strip. 100% we will be returning.”

“Great location, our room was a bunk room next to the bar and it was still great with the kids. Music goes off at 10pm so not late at all. Would def. Stay there again, beach entrance right across the street and you are walking distance to everything.”

“We were in room 205 and the only problem I found was a foul odor coming from the drain in the shower and the floor of the shower was not properly pitched so water would constantly flood the bathroom”

“It was my third time at Magnolia and I enjoyed every time; however, it seems it went down the hill. Hotel and rooms are clean, water pressure fenomenal. Pool area is no longer enjoyable. Non guests are coming to use the pool with lots of pool toys and floaties, children are out of control. At least 3 maybe 4 groups a day specially on the weekend. They leave the pool at evening, pack their cars with coolers and toys an drive away. Pool is not maintain well anymore. ”

“Bugs in the pool the freezer part of the fridge was so iced up it took 2 days for my fridge to defrost and be usable. The 24hr coffee was not hot at night and maybe there would be cream stocked at night maybe not. Same breakfast everyday for 5 mornings. Next time I'll book a hotel that offers options for meals and cleans the pool. The housekeeping staff was very very friendly. Best part of my stay.”
