「The workers are really nice and helpful. It’s easy to shop. It’s not far to all the famous places. It’s really loud outside sometime.」

「The good: -staff/housekeeping is very good. quick to help and very courteous. -bathroom was good sized and had floor to ceiling tile, never see that any more -get housekeeping and fresh towels everyday The okay: -no in room coffee despite Expedia description -rooms could really use an update, pretty dated with minimal furniture, cheap laminate flooring -Bar/restaurant closed for remodeling」

「The service is very good! It's clean and newly decorated. I will come back again next time! The hotel also provides luggage storage, which only costs 1 US dollar per piece, which is very good!」

「two tiers security check experience unwelcome, the main enterance security staff has done over duty on my visit, every time I exit or enter the Hotel, same security staff only asked me for the Hotel pass, but any other guest enter to Hotel without any request on Room card,」

「A convenient location, and many bars, restaurants, shops, and coffee stores are nearby. The furniture in the room is old and uncomfortable. Overall, 」

「The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA」

「The location of this hotel is great. Transportation and eatery are just around the corner. The front desk staff could have a little smile facing guests. After checking in, lots of guests waiting for the small elevator for a bit too long. The room is small but clean. NYC is so so hot now, no complimentary bottled water is a downer.」
