I happened to glance up at the ceiling near my bed and it seemed like a coke bottle exploded and was never cleaned up. Wallpaper was peeling, furniture was chipped and it just seemed gross

The property and staff itself were very nice. The rooms are newly renovated. The property has a good pool and the hot tub was actually hot. They have onsite laundry which was nice, but the hours where not family/theme park hour doable. I’m sure this was for everyone’s safety. The properties/area surrounding the hotel was full of ladies of the night and homeless people. There was no “let’s go for a stroll after dinner,” the area was too full of prostitution and druggies. They would be standing on the street and slowly lingering by half naked at night(the rest of us were practically in snow suites the weather was so cold.

Older building, but the room was clean and frah smelling. Alot of tourist stayed here. There are some sketchy looking hotels near by. But i wpuld stay here again.

While the room was updated and the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.. the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning!! The building itself was very run down. Breakfast options were very limited for variety. It was a just a bunch of carb options and no proteins. Danish, bread, cereal, frozen waffles.. no yogurt or eggs or even peanut butter. It was on a busy street and you could hear your neighbors at all times.

El hotel está súper bien, limpio y seguro. Muy familiar porque la mayoría de los que nos hospedamos ahí vamos a los parques. Considera que está como a 15 minutos de Disney y necesitas tomar 2 buses o el Uber de ida y regreso te termina saliendo un poco más caro que el estacionamiento en el parque.

No me gustó que me cobraran $100 de deposito de garantía adicional al monto de mi reserva, indicándome que al hacer check out me los devolverían y a la fecha, nunca me los devolvieron, aún cuando en la habitación no se fumó ni se hice ningún daño

I had a very bad experience with their customer service. People who on the front desk are so rude and not polite at all. And it’s been over seven business days and I didn’t get back my security deposit that they asked me it will be back to my card within 2 to 3 days. When I try to talk to them after that the guy who answered me, he yelled at me, and after that, he refused to transfer me to his manager, it was a very terrible place to stay. Don’t recommend it to anybody. Nobody should be treated like that.

This property was very nice and clean ,but there's some homeless walked around on the balcony around 20:30 WHICH WE DIDN'T felt safe she walked around and stay by the elevator !
