“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“The only positive aspect of the resort was that the food was slightly above average. It wasn't anything special or memorable, but it was decent enough. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The elevator wait times were extremely long, often taking several minutes just to get to or from our room. The rooms were very outdated and clearly in need of renovation. There was visible mold, and the mirrors, fixtures, and other metal surfaces were heavily corroded, making the room……

“Quick trip but wonderful resort. Walking distance to a gym, grocery store, coffee shop, restaurant. Had a kitchen in our unit. Beach and the lagoon were equally as beautiful! Enjoyed the pool. Short cab ride into downtown Nassau. Bus is also available. Don't forget to check out the fish fry district. Will return with our kids!”

“Stayed 2 nights. I booked this hotel because it was considered a top-tier property when I was growing up, but unfortunately it did not live up to those expectations. The room felt very basic. There was a mini fridge, but it was empty. The room also included coffee packets and supplies, yet there was no coffee machine to actually make the coffee, which made no sense. Amenities that used to be standard were either missing or unavailable. To make matters worse, when I checked out, I was charged……

“The food some days better, some days worse. Room pillows needs replacement ASAP. Some staff needs better training on how to deal with customers. Buffet floor needs a none slippery surface, while I was there always humid and slippery. Lots of flies and birds at the main dining buffet room. Specialy annoying flies.”
