"It was amazing. Breakfast was great, the room was spacious and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast staff were friendly and kind."

"The room was clean. The maintenance staff was very friendly. Not a whole lot of counter space in the bathroom. A circuit breaker blew during the middle of the night so nothing charged. When we went to the front desk, the night monitor on duty said there was nothing he could do until maintenance got there. Our phones were dead and our Disney bands didn’t charge so our trip to Disney was delayed until we could get things charged. Quick 5 minute walk to Disney. They do have complimentary coffee in the morning, but it would be nice if they also left out the water as well."

"Negatives-The hotel room had a weird smell, the door to the bedroom didn't lock, and the pool was being updated so wasn't available. We were told we could go to a nearby hotel's pool for free, but that just didn't end up being convenient for us. Also, parking was difficult on the weekends. You will not be near your room! Positives-every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, every day. It had multiple types of eggs, hash browns, meat, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, etc.They have 5 waffle makers! The most I've seen anywhere else was 2. There is a kids activity room next to the eating area that was fun. Related to Disney-I read reviews that this was walkable, and reviews that it's not. That really depends on your energy levels, shoes, etc. We are fairly active, and tried walking our first 2 days, but it is about a 25 to 30 minute walk. We drove to the parks the last 2 days and found that much easier, especially after a long day at the parks."
